Our vision for Ongar
Bloor Homes is bringing forward proposals for new homes on land south of Chelmsford Road. The landscape-led development respects the local setting and responds to the housing needs identified in the area. The proposals aim to create an inclusive, sustainable community that promotes connection through well-designed spaces, walkable streets and a mix of homes to meet local needs.
We will continue to engage and collaborate closely with local stakeholders, Epping Forest District Council, and the wider community to ensure the scheme complements and enhances the character of Ongar.
